Dinjue Energy 72V 45Ah-70Ah Semi-Solid Lithium-Ion Battery for Electric Two-Wheelers and Scooters

The Dinjue Energy 72V semi-solid lithium-ion battery series is designed for electric two-wheelers, electric scooters, rental fleets and battery-swapping applications. It combines an aluminum-alloy enclosure, IP67-rated pack-level protection and a configurable smart BMS. GPS tracking is available as an option for projects that require remote battery and asset monitoring.

Available capacity options range from 45Ah to 70Ah. Final dimensions, weight, discharge current, connector type, communication protocol and GPS functions are confirmed according to the selected configuration and vehicle requirements.

Semi-Solid Lithium-Ion Cell Technology

Semi-solid lithium-ion cell technology is designed to improve thermal stability and safety performance. Pack safety also depends on the selected cells, BMS settings, charger compatibility, installation and operating conditions. The battery must be used within the limits stated in the approved datasheet.

Durable Aluminum-Alloy Enclosure

The aluminum-alloy housing provides mechanical protection and supports heat dissipation while keeping the pack suitable for demanding electric two-wheeler and scooter applications.

IP67 Pack-Level Protection

The correctly assembled battery pack is rated IP67 for dust protection and temporary water immersion under defined test conditions. IP67 does not mean the battery can be used underwater or exposed to high-pressure water jets. Connectors and vehicle-side interfaces must also be properly sealed.

Configurable Smart BMS

The BMS monitors key battery conditions and provides essential electrical and temperature protection. Optional GPS-enabled configurations can support location and battery-data monitoring for fleet and battery asset management. Available data fields and remote functions depend on the selected hardware, communication protocol and platform.

Application-Oriented Customization
