The Dinjue Battery DJ-C002-80270-OC300 is an 81V 270Ah sodium-ion forklift battery pack designed for electric forklift applications. It uses 3.0V 270Ah sodium-ion cells in a 27S1P configuration and provides 21.87kWh of calculated nominal energy.
With an integrated battery management system, CAN and RS485 communication, natural cooling and a compact battery enclosure, this sodium-ion traction battery is suitable for forklift manufacturers, equipment integrators and fleet electrification projects.

This sodium-ion forklift battery provides an 81V power platform for electric forklift systems. The 270Ah capacity supports material-handling applications requiring stable traction power and frequent operating cycles.
The battery enclosure measures 600 × 510 × 500mm and weighs approximately 200kg. Before installation, confirm the forklift battery compartment, mounting points, connector arrangement, vehicle counterweight requirements and charger compatibility.
The integrated BMS monitors the battery pack and helps protect it during operation and charging.
The BMS supports activation through charging, buttons or communication. Authorized users can use compatible PC software to view battery data and configure supported parameters.
The battery supports CAN and RS485 communication for integration with compatible forklift controllers, chargers and monitoring systems. The communication protocol, baud rate, wiring and connector definition should be confirmed during OEM integration.
